Exchange Policy

At fashomax.store, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not fully content with your clothing purchase, our exchange policy allows you to easily exchange or return your item.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  3. Request: Email us at support@fashomax.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and the details of the clothing item(s) you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Clothing and apparel that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Unworn and unused products in their original condition and packaging, as described above.

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a replacement item or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Items not meeting exchange conditions or exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used, worn, altered, or washed items, or items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Undergarments, socks, or customized items, along with products purchased from clearance or final sale sections.
